SMG100H Ball Grinder
Neway is a manufacturer of machine tools but is also one of the biggest manufacturers of ball valves in the world. With a requirement for ball grinding Neway CNC designed and manufactured a range of horizontal ball grinders for its then parent company. With predetermined cycles installed and patented by Neway the machine only requires simple adjustments to control the grinding process. The SMG100H has a capacity OD of 630-1100 diameter and an ID range for 16″ to 28″ valves. All machines include full coolant and filter systems and are to CE specification.
